Directions

The offices of the Foundation of Lower Saxony are located in the Kuenstlerhaus (Artists' House), Sophienstrasse 2, in the heart of Lower Saxony's state capital of Hannover.

We are about a 5 - 10 minute walk from the central train station.

There is a limited amout of metered street parking on the Sophienstrasse and adjoining streets. The opera house parking garage is also open to the public at a fee.

The entry to the Foundation and the Joseph Joachim Hall (elevator or staircase access) is the first doorway on the east side of the Kuenstlerhaus, facing the path to the Theaterhof (theater courtyard).
